Founder, educator and women's health coach
I was raised to be curious - to question, explore, and seek understanding. That curiosity became my compass when I entered perimenopause and found the information fragmented, conflicting, confusing and often dismissive of women’s lived experiences.
Determined to find clarity, I immersed myself in research, studying science, philosophy, and women’s health to connect the dots. As I began applying what I learned, everything shifted. My energy, mood, and sense of self began to return, and I could finally see a path forward, one grounded in understanding rather than confusion.
Along the way, I realised I wasn’t alone. Generations before me had faced similar challenges, often in silence. We deserve better: clear information, holistic guidance, and compassion through this transition.
Out of this process, The Woman Within was born — a supportive, evidence-informed framework to guide women through midlife with balance, confidence, and a deep connection to themselves.

I bring together years of study, training, and lived experience across women’s health, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing. My approach blends evidence-based education with emotional and spiritual awareness - honouring both the science and the wisdom of the body.
