Founder, educator and women's health coach
I was raised to be curious - to question, explore, and seek understanding. That curiosity became my compass when I entered perimenopause and found the information fragmented, conflicting, confusing and often dismissive of women’s lived experiences. Like many women, I knew something had changed but, I didn’t yet understand why.
Determined to find clarity, I immersed myself in research, in the science of women’s health, nutrition and holistic wellbeing. As I began applying what I learned, my energy, mood and sense of self started to return. I finally understood what my body needed and could see a way forward.
I also realised I wasn’t alone. Generations before me had faced similar challenges, often in silence. We deserve better: clear information, compassionate guidance and support that considers the whole woman.
That belief became The Woman Within - a supportive, evidence-informed approach that helps women understand their changing bodies, make confident choices and reconnect with who they are.

I bring together years of education, professional training, and lived experience across women’s health, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing. My approach combines evidence-based guidance with emotional and spiritual awareness - honouring both the science and the wisdom of the body.
