4.1 Account Creation
To access the TWW program, the Client must create and maintain an active account on the Thinkific platform. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, security, and proper use of their login credentials. The Provider is not liable for any loss or misuse arising from the Client’s failure to safeguard their account information.
4.2 Non-Transferable Licence
Upon enrolment, the Client is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the program materials strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client expressly agrees that they shall not, under any circumstances:
- Share, disclose, or otherwise permit any third party to access their login details;
- Allow any other person to view, download, or use the course materials;
- Transfer, assign, gift, sublicense, or resell their enrolment or access rights.
- Any breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
4.3 Access Period
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Client’s access to the program is limited to the access period specified at the time of purchase. Where “lifetime access” is offered, this refers solely to the lifetime of the program or platform on which it is hosted, not the lifetime of the Client. The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue program content or hosting platforms at its discretion.
4.4 Technical Requirements
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess the required internet connection, hardware, software, and compatible devices necessary to access and use the program. The Provider shall not be held liable for any inability to access the program or its content arising from technical limitations, equipment failures, or connectivity issues on the Client’s side.
5.0 Payments, Pricing and Refund
5.1 Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments are processed securely through Thinkific or its integrated payment partners.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
TWW is not responsible for any delays, fees, or payment failures caused by third-party processors. Access to the program may be withheld or suspended if payment is unsuccessful or reversed.
5.2 Refund Policy
All payments for the TWW program are final. TWW is committed to ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and providing quality support throughout the program. While refunds are not guaranteed, TWW may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund request based on the individual circumstances presented by the Client.
Any refund granted will be determined entirely by TWW, taking into account factors such as the Client’s level of participation, demonstrated effort, and the nature of the concerns raised. TWW reserves the right to request additional information from the Client before making a decision.
The Client acknowledges that:
- Refunds are case-by-case and not automatic;
- TWW’s decision regarding any refund request is final and binding;
- Continued access to the program may be suspended or terminated if a refund is granted.
Nothing in this clause obligates TWW to provide a refund, partial or full, beyond what is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
